Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production has not begun. Email: xxiv.storemailbox@mail.com immediately with your order number. After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible.
We issue refunds for: damaged or defective items on arrival, production errors, orders lost in transit, and cancellations made within the 24-hour window. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
We do not refund for: change of mind, wrong size selected by the customer, or orders already in or past production.
